Atmosphere Other hotels can be exclusive or extravagant. A pleasant and fine environment welcomes you at the Dom Hotel. Anyone who was ever here gladly comes again. Of course, a hotel whose history includes the fact that Emperor Maximilian I von Habsburg even stayed in the predecessor building is obliged to have style and ambience. The present-day hotel stands on the plot of the former cathedral priory.

A commemorative plaque and artistic work by Gothic stonemasons in the reception area bear witness to the long history of the Domviertel (Cathedral Quarter) and our hotel’s predecessor building. You will certainly like the splendid view of the Cathedral of Augsburg, which you enjoy from several rooms and from our breakfast terrace, the historic relics and the hotel’s pleasant architecture.

S ervice At the Dom Hotel you are not merely a customer, you are our guest. We make your stay as pleasant as possible with informal service. Come to appreciate the cultivated quality of our rooms. Minibar, safe and TV, telephone and free WLAN in all rooms are a matter of course. After getting up, enjoy our service in the breakfast room or in the summer on our beautiful
terrace, surrounded by chestnut trees with an undisturbed view of the medieval towers of the cathedral only a few steps away. Our guests gladly make use of the indoor swimming pool. The wellkept fitness area with saunas and solarium is located right next door.
Getting up is not difficult: guests enjoy the refined breakfast room or the breakfast terrace with a wonderful view of the cathedral. In the evening they relax in the sauna.

Hotel rooms The Dom Hotel is centrally located. Yet due to the extremely well-shielded location you sleep undisturbed by traffic noise in the middle of the major city. The Dom Hotel offers spacious single rooms, double rooms and suites. Of course, all units are furnished with shower, bath and WC. Rooms with loggias spoil you with the beautiful breath-taking
view of the Domviertel. If you are planning a longer stay, you can also choose from apartments with sizes ranging from 25 to 45 m². Hotel service on the one hand and kitchenettes on the other hand make you independent. A small conference room is also available to our guests on request.
The view of the cathedral towers and the quiet Domviertel around the hotel is charming. A view of the hotel rooms: the furnishings and abundant space make the stay pleasant.

The green oases of the quarter around the former Prince-Bishop’s Residence and the cathedral are only a few steps away from Dom Hotel’s front door.
Fuggerei are nearby. The Domviertel with its own green oases and the former Prince-Bishop’s Residence are located along the way downtown.
