About 95 per cent of them have been involved in our houses for at least 15 years. Everyone approaches their job as if they were building the house for themselves,” he reflects. Special care has been taken to make the entire property feel like a mature area where you want to settle in and stay. The roof is fiberglass and the natural stone is from Vancouver Island.
