VIP & Birthday Party Packages RocknRoller’s hugely popular VIP Birthday Party options are available at our public events at The Walnuts Leisure Centre, Orpington every Friday This is an ideal way for the kids to host their own Roller Party whilst still enjoying the atmosphere created at our often sold-out roller events. We limit the number of integrated parties at each event, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Party Food & Private Party Rooms All Party Food shall be booked directly with The Walnuts Leisure Centre. Hot & cold party food packages, from £4.00 per head & party rooms available to hire. Please contact Vicky Wilson – Catering Manager on 01689 870533, to discuss party food options and check availability.
Booking Procedure •
Call the Office on: 0208 656 0513 to check party date available.

To secure the Party slot a £50.00 deposit will be taken.
•
The booking sheet must be completed AT LEAST one week prior to the event and e-mailed to gaby@rocknrollerdisco.com . (Failure to do this may result in RocknRoller being unable to provide the full Birthday Party service as outlined.)

Party Bag orders must be received with the final booking form 1 week before the event.
•
Total remaining balance to be paid in full (in cash) on the day of the Party.
•
Please make all parents aware of the RocknRoller Rules Document attached (most people send this out with the invites) and bring a signed copy of the Party Organiser Responsibility Document with you to the Party.
•
All Parties are for a MINIMUM of 15 guests unless by prior written agreement.
•
Please allow plenty of time when considering invitations etc as late arrival will impact on the level of service received.
