Bacon & Cheese

Quiche

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

~ 9 inch frozen pie crust ~ 4-6 strips of bacon ~ 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar (or any other cheese) ~ 4 eggs ~ 1 cup half & half or whole milk ~ 1/2 cup vegetable of choice (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook bacon, drain fat, crumble or chop and set aside to cool. 3. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into pie crust, top with cheese, vegetables, and bacon. 4. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes, until top of quiche begins to turn brown.

Tater-Tot

Casserole Serves: 6

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 65 minutes

Ingredients:

1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. If beef is very lean, add 1 tsp. olive oil.

~ 1 lb. ground beef ~ 1/2 cup chopped onion ~ 4 cups frozen tater tots ~ 1 can Cream of Celery soup ~ 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

2. Transfer meat mixture into a shallow two quart baking dish. Cover with undiluted soup. Top with a single layer of tater tots. 3. Bake at 375째F for 45 minutes.
