As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll have lunchtime master classes, a buddy to look after you and a placement manager to provide structured feedback. We’ll look after you with a competitive package and paid-for accommodation in Edinburgh right in the middle of Festival season. It’s a big ask, but lots of our interns flourish. They do so well, in fact, they come back on one of our graduate placements the following year.
