Wharf, or quay is a structure on the shore of a harbour where ships may dock to load and unload cargo or passengers.
The site is a strip (linear, long) piece of land surrounded by roads (I-95) and the waterfront, creating a dynamic interaction between the two elements of the movement of water and velocity that define the site. In the middle of these two elements resides the park in perfect harmony, abandoned but in the urge of recovery. the perfect place to create a piece of art that will attract the masses bringing the community together.
