Wind Band Potpourri
Sunday, April 27 – 7:30 p.m. Winter Center – Millersville $10 general, free for MU students with ID The Millersville University Concert band and Wind Ensemble team up, once again, to promote a concert that will include a guest. What guest, you ask? Will it be a guest local high school ensemble, a guest performer, or a guest conductor? Join us to find out!
NetCo Dance – Under the Bed Sunday, April 27 – 4 p.m. Ware Center – Lancaster $15 general, $5 students Director, Jennifer Berlet and assistant director Cynthia Nehr will employ NetCo’s signature style of intricately woven and intensely physical choreography to explore phobias, eccentricities and obsessions. NetCo is a professional modern dance company made up of 13 unique and talented artists. They have been presenting innovative and inspired original works to the Lancaster area for nearly 10 years. With themes ranging from the humorous to the debilitating, the sensitive to the bizarre, the delicate to the outlandish, NetCo Dance is sure to put audiences face to face with the things that go BUMP in their mind.
