R: Will you be on next year? AD: You never know until next year and every year Bravo adds somebody new so that will probably happen again. It’s an experience to be part of a cultural phenomenon, it’s really fun. My friends told me not to do it, but I was clear with Bravo to protect my family, and I’m feeling like my family is being portrayed properly and now my friends are rooting for me.
R: Is your relationship with the other ladies forced? AD: Because we were doing the show together, I felt a connection with the two new women, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thompson. It is like a sorority or when you meet new people, you like some you dislike some, there are ups and downs. It’s ‘art’ imitating life. R: Have you been on with Andy Cohen yet? AD: Yes it was great! So much fun, I love Andy Cohen. He calls himself our daddy, he is like Charlie form Charlie’s Angels and we don’t get to see him much but he’s really nice and he cares about us all. He’s called me many times to me how I am doing. R: Do you get messages from anyone? AD: I have a new child, I have four biological and Twitter. And a lot have been nice messages; I thought I’d be strung up, but I think there are bloggers who are paid
to write badly about us so I’d like to thank them for the attention they give us.
R: Are you friendly with the other cast members off the show?
R: There hasn’t been much tension on the show.
AD: Yes, I’m friendly with most of them;
AD: There has been some tension; one of the hardest things to deal with is that you cannot just sit on the sidelines. You are expected to take a position and express your opinion. I’m a lawyer and I try to gather information but my gathering of information is misconstrued as stirring the pot and maybe I am.
up. My closest friend is Carole Radziwill, I speak to her a lot and Heather is great. R: And everything is unscripted? AD: Absolutely nothing is scripted and they take so much footage and the editors make a story out of it.
