LIVING WITH AN OPEN HEART THIS HOLIDAY SEASON BY JANE SEYMOUR The holiday season is all about the cherished moments we celebrate together. It’s about the love we share with friends and family and the strength we take from these special people. It’s about giving thanks and being joyful for what we have. This year, I encourage everyone to not only take time to show appreciation for their blessings, but to look at how they can make a true difference in the world. When I say families I don’t just mean the traditional family unit, but also the extended families that we create from the people we open our hearts to as we journey through life. Family is reflected in the moments we have in life when we are touched by another— when we open our hearts and souls and trust one another with our deepest feelings. These people become our Open Hearts Family.

When we open our hearts, our family grows; so do we . . . and so can the world. This holiday season, look for ways to expand your own Open Hearts Family and recognize the people in your life with whom you share a special bond. Celebrating these relationships fills our hearts with love and truly makes the
