Regis Health Sciences Support Specialist Danea Cosgrove will lead this breakout session that will cover several mindfulness techniques that will help reduce stress and bring your focus to the present moment.

5:00 p.m. Mass with Regis Chaplain Father Paul Kilroy The 50th Reunion Class of 1969 will be honored and have a special remembrance of deceased classmates. All are welcome.
