Students receiving such assistance must maintain a GPA of 2.0 on the 4.0 scale. Vocational Rehab Upon approval by a representative of the Vocational Rehabilitation Division of the State Board of Education, grants are made to students who have substantial employment disabilities and who are desirous of securing a college education.
