From Father Baer:

Merry Christmas! Welcome Home to Transfiguration!

On behalf of all of us at Transfiguration Catholic Church, I offer Christmas greetings to you and to your loved ones. One of the great joys of this Holy Feast is to welcome so many to our Christmas Masses. It’s a reunion of college students who are home for the holidays, grandparents and in-laws who have come into town, and friends of friends of parishioners. We are glad you are celebrating Christmas here! If you are looking for a parish home, we invite you to join Transfiguration. We have 1,450 households, consisting of families and couples and single people of all ages. Our parishioners live in an area that extends from Stillwater in the east to Saint Paul in the west. Above all, we are a Catholic parish that loves Jesus Christ and the Catholic Christ Jesus Ou r Lord, Sh ine in Us!

Faith! Hospitality is central to our mission, and I hope you have been warmly welcomed here at Mass. You may notice that one of our distinctive greetings comes in the form of numerous babies and little ones “making a joyful noise to the Lord” in Church. Young families are welcome at Transfiguration! This ol’ world can be a lonely place for some. Catholics need one another, to grow in faith, in prayer, in a life of charity. Have you been looking for a spiritual home? At Transfiguration, we’re not ashamed of being Catholic, and we invite you to join us on the adventure of following Jesus Christ on the path to heaven. Joy to the world! The Lord has come!
