Adams and Adams Construction Group, LLC Project: Interior Renovation About this Project: The owners of this 1927 French Normandy style home in Kenilworth wanted to do the “greenest” form of construction which is to renovate an existing structure. The home had fallen into a state of disrepair and required a total gut and remodel. The owners are planning on retiring soon and wanted to add an en suite master bath with walk in closet and move the laundry facilities to the main level. The challenge was that the interior walls of the home are masonry- like a French castle! Gus Adams, General Contractor, redefined outdated existing spaces into a modern and fresh one level 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with luxury amenities. The home exudes charm with features such as random width flooring, double archways, marble fire place, glass door knobs and detailed mill work.
