Did You Know? We offer a wide range of programs, services, resources, and events designed for all Princeton students, from freshmen to seniors, and graduate students. We also assist alumni. More than 7,133 undergraduates, graduate students and alumni visited Career Services for career counseling appointments or walk-ins during 2011-2012. We hosted 324 career workshops, panels, special programs, and networking events (attended by more than 11,000 students and alumni). These events also featured 200 employer or alumni guest speakers from a variety of industries and fields. During 2011-2012, 4,052 students used TigerTracks (our online career posting and on-campus recruiting system) to search for jobs, internships, and one-two year options. In fact, over 50 percent of the Class of 2011 landed full-time jobs using this system. In 2011-2012, 2,931 employers contacted or visited campus to recruit Princeton students and 4,386 interviews were held on-campus. We host four major career fairs on-campus and co-sponsor several off-campus and virtual fairs. Our website attracted over 200,000 visitors last year and includes comprehensive career information, videos, and student blogs. We have more than 3,600 followers across all of our social media platforms. Our Alumni Careers Network connects students to over 4,800 alumni mentors. Our Mission The Office of Career Services assists undergraduates, graduate students and alumni with all aspects of career planning including choosing a major/career, exploring career-related interests, developing effective job search strategies (for internships or permanent employment), applying to graduate schools, or changing careers. Our primary mission is to help students integrate their academic and career interests as well as develop lifelong career management skills.
