ABOUT THE RESORT COLLECTION An eden filled with the scent of rosemary, lavender, fresh citrus, and woody cypresses. An italian villa, not far from the coast. We are dabbling our feet in the turquoise pool and sporadically waving away a curious bee. Adding a bit more of that slightly coconut scented sunscreen and listening to bird song in a close by bougainvillea. An earnest of paradise.

PLACING AN ORDER Please email us on wholesale@prettypaper.com and notify us which items, article number and quantity you would like to order. For our resort collection we have opening orders at €50 and they must be prepaid. Minimum reorders are €30. Net 30 terms are available to existing and established customers. TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING Our typical turnaround time is 14 business days. All our orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm. Holiday orders ship by a specified date each season. All shipping costs will be included on your final invoice. We ship with PostNord if nothing else is agreed upon. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Pretty Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. All customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the retailer. D I S P L AY A N D PA C K A G I N G All our goods must be sold in their original packaging, with the plastic cover. Card sets cannot be broken up and sold as singles. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
RETURNS In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect product please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of goods and we’re happy to send replacements. Please check all orders thoroughly upon delivery. BACK ORDERS Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back–ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. M AT E R I A L S We are proud to make the most of our goods in Sweden. All our products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper and all our pads and books are printed at a printer certified with the Nordic Ecolabel ”Svanen”. PRESS If you receive press for your store or if you are posting something on social media using our products, we would be very glad if you credit “Pretty Paper” for the items used. We would also very much appreciate if you notify us.
C A N C E L L AT I O N S Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.
