Cuisines of the World Workshops

Chef Steve will take your skills to the next level as you hone your culinary passion. You will learn basic to advanced techniques that will help you become a star in your own kitchen! His expertise from global adventures and his culinary industry background brings to you classes that are fun, informative, and entertaining. We promote creativity and originality as you refine and enhance your own cooking skills.

Along with culinary techniques we will cover knife skills, proper food safety and sanitation procedures as an integral part of the class. The innovative approach of this class takes total immersion to a new level, with a culinary class that covers not only essentials of the cuisine, but also the culture and culinary history of our topics. We will also discuss ingredient sourcing, prepare ahead shortcuts, and final meal hints. So bring your partner or friend and join us for fun while educating yourself with innovative techniques that includes plating and presentation skills and usually concludes with a sit down meal of our creations. NO REFUNDS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS START DATE. All Culinary Classes are on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30pm at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center.
