VMSC Programs Annual Fitness Gym Membership Looking for a gym to join? Try VMSC--we have free weights, machines, treadmills, and an elliptical trainer. Multi-tier memberships available that include personal training and group classes. To enroll, you will need to complete paper work and attend an orientation class. Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

Come join us in a recreational Arthritis Aquatic program conduct in our heated swimming pool. This program provides a fun, social atmosphere where participants are led through a series of specially designed exercises geared toward reducing pain and stiffness associated with Arthritis. The warm water and gentle movements help increase joint flexibility and range of motion while restoring and maintaining muscular strength. The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic program is suitable for all fitness levels and does not require the ability to swim. Adults of all ages welcome.
