Lots to Cheer About in 2011 The best news of 2011 was the renewal of the Power Inn Alliance Property and Business Improvement District (PBID). Over 77 percent of property owners in this area voted to pay an additional amount on their property tax to renew the PBID for a ten-year term. This action is a testament to the work The Alliance had been doing for five previous years and also indicates local businesses and property owners support its continuance.
