The primary duty of a Circulation Manager (CM) is to manage a geographic district. Po s i t i o n r e q u i r e s t h e ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner; to occasionally lift and/or transport bundles weighing up to 25 pounds from ground level to a height of 3 feet; to deliver newspaper routes, including ability to negotiate stairs and to deliver an average of 75 newspapers per hour for up to 8 consecutive hours; to communicate with carr iers and the public by telephone and in person; to operate a personal computer.
