REPORTER The Central Kitsap Reporter in Silverdale, WA is seeking a general assignment reporter with writing experience and photography skills. Join a three-person newsroom in a position that is primarily beat coverage and secondarily general-assignment coverage of a city, an Urban Growth Area, county government and naval base. Coverage stretches from the deeply rural to the “other Washington” in scope. News, narrative features and photography are at the center of the job. Applicants must be able to work in a team-oriented deadline driven environment, display excellent writing skills, have a knowledge of community news and be able to compose articles on multiple topics.
