After School Yoga Workshops Purple Dragon Martial Arts KINDERGARTEN-GRADE 5

A relaxing and nurturing Yoga class designed especially for children. This class incorporates fun stretches, exciting posture, new breathing exercises, and blissful relaxation for your little Yogi! To avoid distractions parents will be asked to drop their child off for the duration of the class. Senpai Ian returns this fall to teach the art of Don Jitsu Ryu. Don Jitsu Ryu is a martial arts style modern in concept yet ancient in origin, blending Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu. Improve your discipline, confidence, stamina, flexibility, while learning to defend yourself. Those that are attending only one night per week are encouraged to select the Tuesday class.
