"Volume II is the resource survey of Pacific Lutheran University's planned developement from the often tumultuous early decades when survival, not growth, was the issue at hand; to the recent past which has been a time of relative progress and stability. Volume II recounts the efforts of PLU administrators and the architects, engineers, landscape architects, and artists they employed to shape the campus. All the commissioned Master Plans and Master Landscape Plans are discussed including the early accreditation sections on existing and planned facilities needed to satisfy board requirements. This volume also contains information about the history and location of the art on campus, miscellaneous structures and spaces that don't fall into any specific category.
