The Human Resources complex is a former residential building and its garage. A shed roofed entry to the west appears to be newer insertion on the post world-war II cape-cod style residence. The garage is a simple gabled building with the ridge running east-west. There appears to be a newer turbine ventilator on the garage. The main building itself is cross gabled with dormers to the north and south. A small gable at the entrance projects to the west. Little modification to the clapboard siding is visible, including the single hung windows. There are some inserted window hung air-conditioning units. The shed dormer is on the south side of the window.
