Ideally for those who have adopted the Yogic lifestyle and practice everyday. There will be advanced postures and techniques that require complete flexibility and bodily strength. Intermediate students are welcome if they would like to be challenged to the next level. Teachers These workshops are aimed at experienced Yoga Teachers/Practitioners. Evolve Your Yoga with Duncan Wong and Dr Elena Voyce Suitable for: All Levels

CODE: FR3 £12

If you have ever felt frustrated that you just don’t seem to be getting where you want to be in your yoga practice, this is the workshop for you. Often going right back to basics is the best way towards an advanced practice. It can be a humbling experience and a great lesson in life. Yoga is the union of two opposing forces; in order to go up, you must go down; in order to open you must first close; in order to achieve, you often need to try less hard and in order to build a dynamic practice, you should begin by slowing things down. It may seem counter intuitive at times, but herein lies the essence of yoga. In letting go and opening yourself up with a beginner’s mind again, you just might end up achieving things you might never have dreamed possible. This session delivers a dynamic yet safe and therapeutic experience, providing you with some valuable tools to evolve your practice. Evolve Your Yoga combines the seemingly opposed practices of dynamic and therapeutic yoga through the unique teaching partnership of Duncan Wong and Dr Elena Voyce. A true case of opposites attract, where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, both are amazing yoga masters in the respective fields and they are bursting to share their tremendous knowledge, experience and passion.
