Carmella Ward is one such loyal member and for the past 18 months the 27-year-old front of house customer server has been a ‘ray of sunshine’ at the auspicious Caribbean takeaway on Lozells Road, Birmingham. So, working at Front of House, it’s always important to welcome customers with a smile,” she continues. Working with the likes of Bing himself, plus Erma, Beanie and Krystell plus the constant support of family and friends makes Miss Ward’s time at Bings one of the best times of her life so far. Carmella has big plans for her future life which will see her working in and experiencing a world that’s her oyster. And, with that, there’ll be no stopping her.
