Ganhar, em qualquer ambiente competitivo, requer aprender o que se passa com as pessoas e as equipas a nível das organizações. Aqueles que aprendem a sobreviver e a trabalhar em equipa “ganham”. No remo isto traduz-se em medalhas, nos negócios em efectiva execução das estratégias e em taxas de crescimento reais. Este programa está desenhado para aumentar os níveis de “inteligência Colectiva” da organização oferecendo a oportunidade de aprender e competir no ambiente competitivo do remo.

Toda a equipa que orienta a acção tem larga experiência no campo do trabalho em equipa, da motivação, na definição e obtenção de metas e objectivos. “Coach” Michael d’Heredita Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology (with a background in Physics), Assistant Professor at the iSchool at Syracuse University where his research centers on high performers, high performance teaming and information technology at both the individual and social level, an international rowing coach who has helped a number of athletes from countries such as Finland and Portugal find their way to the podium, addicted to the challenge of helping to optimize talent, collective or otherwise.
