Cream Cheese Mints Ingredients: 8 ounces of cream cheese 2 lb package of powdered sugar Âź tsp peppermint extract Gel food coloring (optional) Granulated Sugar (for rolling) Flexible Mold Directions: Mix ingredients in a bowl (will be dry). Remove from bowl and knead. Mix in food coloring until desired color is reached. Roll small pieces of dough into balls, then roll the balls in granulated sugar. Press sugared balls of dough into molds. Remove from mold and lay on parchment paper to dry overnight in refrigerator. Flip mints over after 12 hours. Use within a week or freeze for future use.
