1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Cut cardstock panel. 3 Trim cardstock strips, adhere to panel, and adhere to card. 4 Color word bubble with marker. Adhere cardstock behind word bubble and adhere to card. 5 Color dots with markers; adhere.
1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Trim patterned paper and adhere. 3 Trim tag from cardstock. 4 Die-cut hello from cardstock; trim into tag. Trim patterned paper and adhere to tag. 5 Stamp sentiment on cardstock; punch circle and staple to tag. 6 Adhere tags together with foam tape. 7 Punch hole in tags; thread with ribbon and adhere with foam tape. 8 Punch butterflies from patterned paper; adhere. 9 Adhere pearls.
