How do you stay WELL at Pacific? Each week, on Wednesdays from 4-6PM, the Baun Fitness Center will host an event dedicated to the eight dimensions of Wellness: Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Social, Environmental, Occupational, Intellectual, & Financial. Rotating topics include: healthy cooking demonstrations with NutriCat, free fitness assessments from Pacific Rec’s personal trainers, Meditation classes, Health Fairs & more! Wellness Wednesdays are open to all, regardless of whether you are a member of the Baun Fitness Center or not.

In addition to Wellness Wednesdays, the Wellness Wing is a new place on campus to relax & learn. Two WellPads will be stationed in the wing, with a rotating list of Wellness apps, games, & articles. 8
