Spotlight on Diversity & Inclusion:

Religious & Spiritual Life We all come from different backgrounds and each one of us is on a unique journey. Some of us are people of faith; some of us are religious; some of us are not. Our goal in Religious and Spiritual Life at Pacific is to facilitate religious life in all its many forms and to provide a safe place for students to ask questions about meaning and purpose in life, whether in relation to a supreme being, the world, or others around you. We also hope to encourage all people, whether religious or spiritual, of faith or no faith, to think intelligently about religion and how it affects society, and to promote healthy dialogue between people of all religious and philosophical positions. As a student, we encourage you to get involved by joining one of our student groups. If you do not see one that fits you, let our department help you start another. Join us at the UCC & Interfaith Council Student Club Expo on Sunday, August 25th from 3-4:30pm on the Knoles Lawn to find out more. We’ll also have information there about services, events, and other activities in which you can take part. Joel N. Lohr, Ph.D. Multifaith Chaplain and Director, Religious and Spiritual Life pacific.edu/religiouslife
