In response, Governor McAuliffe appointed a special ABC Review Panel to study enforcement practices. VHTA member Laura Habr, co-owner of CROC’s 19th Street Bistro in Virginia Beach, is the only restaurateur on the panel. The panel met on June 1 and will meet again on July 8 and August 13. VHTA and its legal counsel, Tom Lisk of Eckert Seamans, attended the panel on June 1 and will again attend on July 8 to provide testimony
