Before project close-out, we will collect and review the contractor’s final waiver and release of lien from all subcontractors and suppliers, final pay application, pre- and post-construction survey files, final contractor certification, and final contractor affidavit. We will assist the County with coordination of post-construction monitoring surveys and permit-related submittals. Following completion of the project, we will prepare and submit to the FDEP and USACE a statement of completion and a certification in accordance with the FDEP and USACE permit requirements.
