AREA ATTRACTIONS
Bigger than a Babbling Brook!
Collectively they are called Niagara Falls, American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Canadian/Horseshoe Falls. The Niagara River and entire Great Lakes Basin is a legacy of the first ice age. The water is fossil water, with less than one percent of it renewable on an annual basis. The remaining water is left over from the ice sheets. Twenty percent of the world’s fresh water lies in the Great Lakes. Most of that flows over the falls.
Niagara Adventure Pass Discover the authentic Niagara Falls experience with the Niagara Falls Adventure Pass. You’ll save 30% on the top Niagara Falls attractions: Hornblower Niagara Cruises (the new Niagara Falls boat tour!), Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara’s Fury and White Water Walk. You’ll also get two days on the WEGO transportation service, which takes you up and down the Niagara River once you arrive at the Niagara Falls tourist area. Book your tour upon arrival at the campground. Tours run daily, May 1st to Oct. 15th.
Oh Canada Eh? This musical dinner show is a real treat! Come eat, laugh and sing along at this must see Canadian-themed musical! Now in its twentieth season, the Oh Canada Eh? dinner show is Canada’s longest running musical dinner show! Join a singing Mountie, hockey player, Anne of Green Gables and other famous characters for a night of all-Canadian music, comedy and a five-course, family style meal. Call for reservations at least a day in advance. Discounts may be available through the front desk staff at Jellystone Park.™
Souvenir City Souvenir City is the largest One-Stop-Shop for your Niagara Falls shopping experience, located along the scenic Niagara Parkway, only 5 minutes north of the mighty Niagara Falls. They are open year round and have been happily serving tourists from all over the world for over 25 years! They started off small, only a 3,000-square-foot souvenir store back in December 1985, but have expanded to a 15,000-square-foot facility that has become one of Niagara Falls’ largest free tourist attractions, which feature a vast selection of Niagara Falls and Canadian-themed souvenirs and gifts. With plenty of free parking for customers and motor coach bus tours, you can take advantage of everything the plaza has to offer. Or, leave your car at the camp and hop on the WEGO GreenLine bus shuttle that stops right in our parking lot. Visit the Marketplace (which includes a Food Court, Fudge Factory, and Chocolate World) for a bite to eat, to quench your thirst, or purchase from an assortment of homemade fudge, delectable chocolates and biscuits, local jams, Canadian maple syrup, and much more! Visit Rossi Glass Niagara for a free glass blowing demonstration and tour of their showroom, and watch as the skilled artisans create fascinating, truly unique works of art. Bring your camera for fun, free photos with our larger-than-life Canadian icons which include our 15-foot-tall Inukshuk, Mounties, Carved Native, Teepee, Spoons, Thimbles, and of course, our Moose, which was featured on America’s Funniest Home Videos – and the video won $10,000!
