Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay Thank you for choosing TWIN FOUNTAINS RV RESORT for your stay in Oklahoma City. Please read through our resort rules. They are designed to help make your stay a safe and enjoyable one. QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS? CONTACT THE OFFICE PHONE: (405) 475-5514 BETWEEN 7:30 am AND 8:00 pm DURING SUMMER & 7:30 am AND 7:00 pm DURING WINTER. 1. Guests: Your guests are welcome. Please have them register at the Office. Please ask them to park in our visitor parking area — not in the road, on the grass or on the adjoining site. 2. Speed Limit: 5 mph — ENFORCED! Please watch for children and pets. 3. Check-Out: 11:00 am. If you will be staying another day, please notify us prior to 11:00 am. If you need a late check-out, let us know and we will arrange it if possible. Late check-outs are $3.00 per hour until 6:00 pm. The nightly rate is applied thereafter. 4. Propane is located on our site. Our staff will assist you. 5. Messages: Emergency messages will be delivered. Check with the Office for other messages. 6. Bathhouse: Please accompany children under 16 to the Bathhouse. We try to keep our restrooms clean, but we cannot be there 24 hours a day. Please pick up after yourself. Report any problems to the Office. 7. Vehicle Washing: Please do not wash cars or RVs in the resort. Ask in the office for the closest car wash. 8. Pets: Pets must be on a leash anytime they are outside your RV. Please do not allow your pet to go on our shrubs or trees. Pick up all pet litter. Never leave your pet tied outside your RV in your absence. 9. Garbage: Secure trash bags with twist ties and place by the road prior to 11:00 am. Do not leave bags out overnight. 10. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No running generators at any time. 11. NO PARKING ON GRASS, VACANT PADS OR ACROSS SIDEWALKS!!! ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT OF THE OFFICE. 12. Children: Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in all park facilities. 13. Responsibility: Twin Fountains is not responsible for damages caused by accident, vandalism or acts of God. 14. NO STAKES IN THE GROUND BECAUSE OF UNDERGROUND SPRINKLERS. 15. Internet: Be kind to other guests! Please refrain from using streaming video services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. 16. Pool: For registered guests only. Inquire at office for rules and times. 17. Mini Golf: Open to public. Inquire at office for hours and rates.
