• In front of the Park on Shady Pine Road, if you turn East and go a short distance, there is a Historical Marker telling of a very Old Cemetery -- it is just off Shady Pines Road. • On January 10, 1890 the first quadruplets to be born in America came into the world. The famous quadruplets from Redwater were born to Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Page. They quickly became very famous and received much publicity and numerous gifts. One gift to the girls was a brand new Studebaker wagon. • Shady Pines RV Park is located between Redwater, Red Springs and Clear Springs. What color IS our water? • Perot Theater is named after Ross Perot. • The first major tragedy to strike Redwater was a cyclone on May 4, 1914 that destroyed the school, churches, businesses and homes.

• Speed Limit: 8 MPH • Quiet Time: 10PM to 7AM • Laundry Room Open 8AM to 7PM -No Clotheslines outside of your RV. • No campfires or fireworks permitted. • All campers must use sewer doughnut or elbow to sewer connection. • Pets must be kept on leash and never left alone outside. • You must clean up after your pets. • No alcoholic beverages in public in the RV Park. • No smoking in any part of the buildings in the RV Park. • No unsupervised children will be allowed in the RV Park or within any of the RV Park buildings. • No bicycles allowed on the Clubhouse patio. • No outside water sports -- this includes pools, water balloons, etc. • Mechanical work on vehicles not allowed. • You may “bucket wash” RV’s only. • Park in front / behind your RV only -- Not on the grass or in the streets of the RV Park. • The cleanliness of your space is your responsibility -no cigarette butts, peanut shells, or trash on the grounds around your RV. • Check-out time is noon -- after noon you must pay for another day!
