Guidelines For An Enjoyable Stay! 1. Guidelines: Each guest is responsible for reading and following the guidelines. 2. Check-In: 1:00 pm 3. Check-Out: Please check out or re-register by 12 noon for RV sites and 11:00 am for cottages. Please advise the office for late departures. Any guests in cottages please return the keys to the office or drop-in slot next to front door. 4. Campsite Manners: Please be a good neighbor and respect other Campers’ sites: do not cut through any sites (stay on roads). Any noise or distractions that would bother sites next to or near your site at any time are not allowed (i.e., barking dog, music, or loud talking). 5. Speed Limit: Posted speed limits are for the protection of all our guests and pets. There are many children playing and everyone MUST observe the 7-1/2 MPH maximum limit. You may be asked to leave if speeding excessively and a refund will NOT be given for however long you have paid. 6. Fire Pits: Fires are only allowed in provided fire pits or grill or your own device. All fires must be contained within the device. DO NOT scavenge for any type of wood in the resort. You will be asked to leave immediately if caught and a refund will NOT be given for however long you have paid. Please do not damage flowers, bushes or trees. 7. Smoking: No smoking in any building on the property. Smoking in ANY cottage will be grounds for immediate termination of any length of stay WITHOUT a refund. 8. Tents: There is no tent camping on the grounds. 9. Vehicles: Maximum one RV and two vehicles per site. There is a fenced storage area for extra vehicles/trailers and there is a fee for storage. 10. Golf Carts: Insurance and valid driver’s license is required to operate on the property. 11. Trash: Trash is not picked up and it is the responsibility of the guests to take the trash to the dumpster located at the front entrance of the park. Please keep your site clean and orderly at all times.

12. Pets: Pets love camping and we love all pets. Please keep them leashed and quiet at ALL times, and do not leave them unattended outside at any time. Always clean up after your pet. Two fenced in pet parks are provided for their exercise. 13. Quiet Hours: Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please no generators. 14. Children and Guests: Registered guests are responsible for the action and safety of their children and their guests. Young children should always be accompanied by an adult while in the park. 15. Swimming Pool: Parents please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at either pool. Children under 18 may not be in the pool area unless accompanied by their parents. 16. Restrooms and Laundry: Open 24/7. Quarters for use in the laundry machines are available in the office. 17. RV/Vehicles: You may wash your vehicles. 18. Visitors: All visitors/vehicles must advise the office when entering the grounds before proceeding to any site. Visitors may be asked to register and pay a fee for being on the premises. 19. Alcohol: Please keep alcoholic beverage use at a level that does not disturb anyone in the park. Do not drink alcoholic beverages in either pool. 20. Firearms/Fireworks: No visible firearms allowed on property and no fireworks allowed. 21. Management’s Rights: We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises (with no refund) who we feel is disturbing the camping experience of others, or for no reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 22. Damage: Management assumes NO responsibility for accidents, injury, loss of property, RV or vehicle damage from any source. 23. Reporting: Please report any and all situations to the office or staff immediately that include any infraction of the above rules or any instance which may be disturbing to others.
