r. Brian M. Walters, D.O., FACEP, FAAEM, CMSL is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Medicine as a result of her role as Director of Emergency Services with Upper Allegheny Health System, the parent organization of Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital.

Upper Allegheny Health System hospitals provide care and support to residents of Southwestern New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania throughout a primary and secondary service area with a population of 180,000. In his current position as Director of Emergency Services with Upper Allegheny Health System, Dr. Walters serves the populace of these regions with Health Care Administration; and Facilitation of the Integration and Standardization of Emergency Department Policies and Procedures. Dr. Walters specializes in Developing and Implementing Patient Care Protocols and Processes to Enhance Clinical Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Operational Efficiency. In addition to his work as the Director of Emergency Services, Dr. Walters maintains his status as a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine; Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, (FACEP); Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (FAAEM); and Diplomate of the American Association of Integrative Medicine (DAAIM). Dr. Walters also holds a Doctor of Natural Medicine Degree from the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors & Practitioners North American and Natural Medicine Certification Council, a Doctor of Humanitarian Service Degree from the World Organization of Natural Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Highest Distinction, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
