During Summer Orientation Advisement and Registration (SOAR) students and their parents visit campus to receive course schedules, meet current and new students, and receive information about all the resources available to them. In August, students arrive early on campus for Advantage Week, four days prior to classes beginning. Students will be introduced to the campus and its services, participate in group sessions, and meet with their Freshman Seminar class, a one credit hour course designed to help your student acclimate to a university setting.
