SRP Wrap Up Eat delicious cake and ice cream, and visit with Elephant and Piggie to wrap up SRP! 10:30 AM - 12 PM (All Ages) Ongoing Coupon Swap Time! Join the 100 Club! Pick up our list of 100 of the greatest children’s books ever written and read them all this summer! (Family) Every Thursday from 11 AM - 7 PM (all summer!) Bring your extra coupons and take what you need! (Adults) “Paws”itively Puzzling *Enter our summer prize drawing! Try your hand at drumming and learn about drums, songs and rhythms from faraway lands. 2 PM (Family) Visit weekly during SRP (June 21 - August 2) to receive your pet puzzle. Complete them all and enter our drawing for a special treat! (Family) 26 Thu. Pets on Parade Sistahs with Sass Urban Fiction Book Club 24 Tue. The Drum Lady Returns: Connie Ralston Walk your favorite stuffed pet to the Library for our very first pet show. We will have crafts and people treats. It is guaranteed to be a howling good time! 2 PM - 4 PM (Family) July Game Day! Calling ALL “Gamers”! 1 Tue. Mysteries of Flight Virginia Air & Space Center How do rockets and airplanes fly? Participate in interactive demonstrations and investigate the four forces of flight. You’ll have fun developing ideas about gravity and weight, lift, thrust and drag with the VASC! 2 PM (School Age) 8 Tue. Music and Stories with Scott Johnson Scott will play his guitar and sing us a few songs. This will be a toe-tapping, knee-slapping afternoon! 2 PM (Family) 15 Tue.
