JULIEN HALLARD Director/ Regizor Julien Hallard has written and codirected a short film trilogy shot in New York City, Brooklyn 02, Valentine, Resurrection, in 2006, followed by Meeting Vincent Gallo in 2008, which was selected at Locarno Film Festival and Miami International Film Festival, and Vinyl in 2009, all of them produced by Les films Velvet. At present, he is finishing the screenplay of his first feature, Rock&Roll, after participating with this project at a scriptwriting workshop held by the famous French school La Femis. He works occasionally as a DJ in the band The Peals and as a musical columnist for the magazine DEdiCate. Julien Hallard a scris şi a regizat în 2006 o trilogie filmată la New York, compusă din scurtmetrajele Brooklyn 02, Valentine şi Resurrection, căreia i-a urmat Meeting Vincent Gallo în 2008, selectat la Festivalul de Film de la Locarno şi la Festivalul Internaţional de Film de la Miami, şi Vinyl, în 2009, toate fiind produse de Les Films Velvet. În prezent, îşi termină scenariul la primul său lungmetraj, Rock&Roll, după ce a participat cu acest proiect la un workshop de scenaristică susţinut de celebra La fémis. Lucrează ocazional ca DJ în formaţia The Peals şi scrie articole despre muzică pentru revista DEdiCate.
