Additionally, Tierney represents individuals and entities in obtaining necessary zoning, use, building and other development-related permits, variances and approvals from the relevant City or suburban agencies needed to build or modify a building or otherwise operate a business. He also represents property owners appealing their tax assessments before City and suburban assessment boards. Among other successful appeals, Tierney recently secured a significant tax savings for a $100 million regional shopping mall.

DANIELLE WAGNER '08, is assistant to the president at Neumann University and staff secretary for the Neumann University board of trustees. She has been a University employee since 2006.

After law school, Tierney clerked for Magistrate Judge Peter B. Scuderi of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA.

A member of the National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education (NAPAHE), she also serves as the chaplain to the university field hockey team, and completed the Delaware County Leadership Certificate Program.

He received his law degree from Widener University, where he was an editor of the law review, and his B.A. in chemistry from Denison University.

Wagner received a B.A. in journalism from Penn State University and an M.S. in sport management from Neumann University.
