A Pair of Japanese Relief Decorated Enameled, Silvered and Gilded Bronze Baluster Vases, Meiji Period (1868-1912), tapering ovoid bodies with waisted flared necks, relief decorated with birds in flight amid seasonal flowering branches, the patinated bronze with enamel, silvered and gilt highlights, base inset with inscription cartouche, heights 11 3/4 in.
