A Master Plan was developed to evaluate their campus and programmatic needs for the next 15-20 years. The study takes a broad look at parking and site circulation with a goal of restricting cars from the center of campus and consolidating parking in two key areas enhancing pedestrian activity and site landscape amenities. The north garage is a 350-car structure located next to the student center in the heart of the main campus. The south garage is a 300-car structure nestled into an existing wooded hillside where pedestrians arriving at the new Welcome Pavilion at the top of the structure. The architecture was designed to minimize its visual impact on the campus and embrace it’s surrounding environment.
