6. What is the physical condition of the Property? Check the roof carefully. Does the HOA have a three or four year plan for deferred maintenance? Always do a professional inspection of the properly. 7. Are there any dramatic changes to proximate properties? Commercial or Residential? 8. What is your plan for resale?
