Martha A. Robertson born about 1871 to James and Margaret Robertson. There are two marriages listed for Martha in the same year. I am going to list both of them and hope that some descendant will let me know which is correct. In "Owsley County Marriages� by Robert L. Smith, is recorded a marriage, 13 Sep 1897, between Napoleon B. Shepherd and Martha Robertson, daughter of James. In the 1900 Census of Jackson County, is a notation that Martha Robertson and Grant Madden were married, 14 Mar 1897.
