Step Aerobics A one-hour fitness class that will include 30 minutes of aerobic conditioning and Reebok step, etc., and 25 minutes of strength training and toning, and a 5-minute cool down. The class will also include an introduction to a free online website that will provide tracking and tips on weight loss and improving fitness levels.
