Welcome

Ram football players, students, staff, families and Fans to Mesa’s 2012 Football Season:

We are excited to support our Mesa athletes and our first four-year class of senior athletes who will enhance Mesa’s competitiveness in the Southwestern League. The Mesa football players and coaches have diligently prepared for the 2012 season and are ready to compete and demonstrate RAM PRIDE on the football field.

RAM P.R.I.D.E. PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITY

INTEGRITY

DUTY

EXCELLENCE

Our student athletes have the ability to “Pursue their Passion and Leave a Legacy!” at Murrieta Mesa. Our student athletes have the awesome opportunity to continue to build Mesa’s reputation on the football field as well as on campus and in the community. As proud Rams, the Mesa staff and students continue to strive for academic and athletic excellence as well as meet our school-wide goals. Mesa strives to meet one of our school-wide goals to have 100% of our students be involved in a club, activity, sport or group. All of the Mesa programs are vital part of Murrieta Mesa High School and promote RAM PRIDE and service to others. Most importantly, our athletes exhibit the tenants of the C.I.F. Southern-Section Motto of “Pursuing Victory with Honor” which emphasizes integrity, academic excellence, outstanding athletic performance, collaboration, determination, teamwork, sportsmanship, lifelong physical fitness and wellness. As Ram fans, parents and families, we want to show enthusiasm for our athletes and the games, but always conduct ourselves with PRIDE, support the motto “Pursuing Victory with Honor”, and be a positive role model for our students. We thank our fans for embracing our students, school, programs and staff. We appreciate our fans’ relentless and unwavering support of our school programs and always demonstrating RAM PRIDE on a daily basis.

Let’s Play Football!

Welcome

To Mesa Athletics

Athletics at Murrieta Mesa means more than competition between individuals or teams representing different high schools. Athletic participation integrates life skills that include team work, sportsmanship and mutual respect. In addition, the Athletic Department stresses attitude, effort and perseverance as teams strive for excellence both on the field and in the classroom. Murrieta Mesa offers student-athletes the opportunity to take part in an exemplary educational and athletic program. We will strive to compete at the highest level of competition as we begin the 2012-2013 year as a member of the highly respected Southwestern League which includes Vista Murrieta, Murrieta Valley, Great Oak, Temecula Valley and Chaparral. The legacy of Mesa Athletics will be measured by more than wins and losses. We believe that a successful athletic program nurtures and fosters good citizens and tomorrow’s leaders. On behalf of the Athletic Department, I welcome you to Mesa Athletics as we continue to compete with “RAM PRIDE”.

Bill Bree Athletic Director Murrieta Mesa High School

Does your child have what it takes to play their chosen sport at the collegiate level; DI, DII, DIII, NAIA or JC?

We promote your athlete by way of their own personal website. We simplify the process and actually promote our clients. All we need is the video of your athlete.

Sample Websites Each of the athletes listed were contacted by college coaches immediately upon the launch of their websites. • • •

Jbbishop.com Shaelynperez.com Andrewlindo.com

BUSINESS SITES • Mesafootball.com • mesafootball.wix.com/ramboosters

What we do: Create a visual spectacular

highlight video, then place the video on your own website, We then make direct contact with the college(s) you wish and personally promote your site to the coaches & recruiting coordinator.

The website will include: Academics page, personal info, coaches contacts, team schedules, photo display, achievements section, direct links to school counselors & coaches (other tabs per request) and direct contact information for your athlete. We also provide a Stat analysis for free; this provides a detailed account of what schools/coaches have accessed your website.

Our Motto: ‘There is no substitute for direct personal promotion’ Our success rate in college coaches contacting our clients directly is over 70%.

Our Goal: To create an opportunity and exposure for the athlete, preventing them from being overlooked.

Special Thanks To:

Robin Frye

Murrieta Mesa Football Boosters would like to give special thanks to our Board Secretary Robin Frye. Since she moved into the Murrieta community in 2002 she has been a very important part of many volunteer activities including Caring Ministries, Food Pantry, Numerous Team Moms, PTA Officer positions, Volunteer helper in community theater, Choir Boosters at Vista Murrieta, Sunday School Teacher, Counselor on summer youth mission trips, and Committee for MVUSD High School Athletic Foundation. Robin has also been recognized with a “Community Appreciation Award” given out by Vista Murrieta and an “Honorary Service Award” given out by California State PTA. One of Robin’s sons was an amazing Football player for our Mesa Rams and due to an injury he was unable to continue playing the sport, yet Robin still joined our Booster Board and is one of the hardest most knowledgeable and organized people on it. When she was asked why she joined even though she does not have a son playing, her response was “Because I believe in the Program”. Aren’t we all very lucky she feels that way… Yes we are because all of this is volunteer work, but not to Robin she takes it very seriously, and devotes a lot of her time whole heartedly and expecting nothing in return. Robin is a very busy mother of four that runs her own interior design business, but she still makes time to give back and has become a very important asset to our Football Booster Program. Thank you Again Mrs. Robin Frye for everything you do! Sincerely,

MMFB AND MANY OTHERS
