Baby Boot Camp

Ages 18 & Up: Baby Boot Camp offers premier stroller fitness classes designed to get moms fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one the most. Classes combine stroller walking and strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills, Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises to help improve core strength. Your child in a stroller is an integral part of Baby Boot Camp. Optional Exercise Kit sold by instructor includes: resistant band, resistant tubing, water bottle and backpack for $59.
