Locust Grove Explorers NEW!

Calling all three to five year olds! We will investigate springtime habitats, read a story, and make a simple craft while having fun learning outdoors.

Explore the sights, sounds, textures and movements of the natural world. Each session will feature a different topic specially selected to engage young minds. Outdoor activities are included in every program, so please dress for the weather.

Let’s Get Wet!

Animals and plants love rain, and even if it isn’t raining the day of the Explorers’ activity, we’ll learn all about it. Maybe we’ll even find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, or make it rain cats and dogs.

Why do some seeds sprout so fast, while others take a long time? Can you name a Super Seed growing in our park? There are lots! We’ll go looking for seeds that are already growing, then do a seedy craft or two. 269099 3-5yrs
