Southwest monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Eastern Visayas and the whole Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and from the southwest to west over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.

OPPOSITION Councilor Edgar Cabanlas blasted Cagayan de Oro Mayor Vicente Emano saying the lease contract agreement between the city government and a businessman over the second floor of Carmen market has no proper review. Cabanlas issued the statement after he learned that Emano will cancel the lease contract between the city and a certain Jacky Cheng immediately after June 25. “Wala gayud lantawa
